CAT Result 2023 Soon: Shortlisting Criteria of IIMs, Admission Chances

CAT Result 2023: The Indian Institute Of Management, Lucknow, successfully conducted the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2023 exam on Nov 26. Following the trend, the CAT 2023 result is expected to be out on Jan 7, 2024, along with the final CAT answer key 2023.

IIM Lucknow will soon announce the official IIM CAT Result Date 2024. Once announced, candidates can check the CAT result 2023 at the official website- iimcat.ac.in.

Shortlisting Criteria of IIMs

All the 20 IIMs across the country will release their own admission criteria for shortlisting candidates based on CAT Result 2023 scores, academic background, work experience, and gender diversity factors. 

• Once the CAT 2023 results are out, IIMs will start publishing dates for shortlisted candidates to attend the IIM Admission 2023-24 procedures.
• Also, IIMs will publish their own IIM cutoffs 2024 for various categories.
• IIMs will release the list of candidates who have been shortlisted for the next selection round at their respective websites.
• Finally, all shortlisted candidates will receive interview letters directly from IIMs.
• Shortlisted candidates will be invited for Written Ability Tests (WAT), Personal Interviews (PI), and Group Discussions (GD).
