CAT Registration 2024 Closes Soon: Direct Link, Important Instructions

CAT Registration 2024: The IIM Calcutta will close the window to register for the CAT exam for this year at 5 PM tomorrow, September 13, as per the schedule posted on the official website. Candidates who wish to apply for the exam must complete the CAT Registration 2024 before the deadline. Only those candidates who complete the registration process, including the payment of the fee will be able to appear for the CAT exam. In case of any extensions of the CAT Registration Last Date 2024, the authorities will post the regarding the same on the official website.

To complete the application process, candidates will to first register, fill out the application form and then make the payment of the registration fee as applicable to them.

Steps for CAT Registration 2024

The steps to complete the CAT Registration 2024 process are given below:

• Visit the official website of the CAT exam
• Click on the link for the new candidate registration
• Complete the registration process and generate the User ID and password
• Keep the used ID and password safely for furture reference
• Then login to the candidate portal
• Proceed to fill out the CAT 2024 Application Form
• Candidates must fill out the personal as well as academic details
• They must also select the programmes that they wish to apply for
• Complete the selection of the test cities
• Proceed to make the payment of the registration fee
• Submit the application form and take a printout of it

The registration fee is Rs. 1250 for SC, ST and PwD category candidates and Rs. 2500 for all other categories of candidates.

As per the official announcement, the CAT Exam Date 2024 will be on November 24. The admit card will be available to the registered candidates from November 5.
