BPSC 70th Prelims Exam 2024: The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has announced the exam date for the Integrated 70th Combined (Preliminary) Competitive Examination 2024. The commission has also released some additional guidelines that are to be followed by the candidates while appearing for the exam. As per the official notification posted on the website, the BPSC 70th Prelims Exam 2024 will be conducted from 12 Noon to 2 PM on December 13, 2024. The BPSC 70th Combined Prelims Exam 2024 will be conducted at 912 exam centres located in the 36 districts of the state.

BPSC 70th Prelims Exam 2024: Additional Guidelines
Additional BPSC 70th Prelims Exam Guidelines 2024 that have been given in the official notification are given below:
- Electronic items such as mobile, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi gadgets, electronic pens, pagers, smart watches etc. are prohibited in the examination centre premises where the exam will be held. Any candidate is found carrying any kind of electronic item inside the examination hall, it will be considered as malpractice and they will be barred from attending the exam.
- Candidates are not allowed to carry Marker, White Fluid, Blade and Erasers in the examination hall. If any of these are used in the OMR Answer Sheet, 1/3rdmarks will be deducted as penalty.
- A candidate who is found performing malpractice or found with electronic material in the examination hall will be debarred from appearing in the Bihar Public Service Commission examinations for the next five years including this examination and for three years in case of spreading misleading/sensational rumours related to the examination.
- If the candidates are found involved in malpractice in the examination, punitive action will be taken under Bihar Examination Conducting Act, 1981.
- Candidates should not pay heed to any kind of misleading or sensational rumour and should check the information related to the Commission on the official website of the Commission.
