Bihar TET 2024 Exam Postponed, Revised Dates to Be Out Soon: Check Details

Bihar TET 2024 Exam: The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has postponed the second Teacher Eligibility Test (TET), which was originally scheduled for Jun 26 to 28, 2024. The new date for the Bihar TET 2024 exam will be announced by the BSEB in the next two days.

“Hereby, in the order of Release No. PR 238/2024, in the context of Rule 4 of Bihar School Special Teacher Rules, 2023, teacher candidates appearing in the Competency Test of Local Body Teachers, 2024 (Second), all District Education Officers, All District Program Officers (Establishment) and all concerned are informed that the Competency Test, 2024 (Second) to be held in both the shifts from 26.06.2024 to 28.06.2024 is postponed due to unavoidable reasons. 2. The date of conduct of the said examination will be published later,” BPSC said on 'X'.

The delay comes after recent exam paper leaks, including those affecting the UGC NET and NEET UG exams in 2024. Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan announced that the UGC NET was canceled because its question paper was leaked on the darknet, a hidden part of the internet where users stay mostly anonymous and transactions often use cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin.
