APPSC Group 1 Recruitment 2023 Registration: Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the APPSC Group 1 Recruitment 2023, candidates can refer to the APPSC Group 1 Eligibility Criteria 2023 given below in detail:

Educational Qualification

• For District Fire Officers: The candidates must possess a degree in Engineering (Fire) from a recognised institution. In case there is zero availability of candidates with B.E (Fire) qualifications, candidates with a degree in any discipline will be considered for the position.
• For Assistant Treasury Officer/Assistant Accounts Officer: The candidates must possess a degree in Commerce or Economics or Mathematics with a 2nd class from a recognised institution.
• For District Social Welfare Officer: The candidates must possess a degree graduation degree from a recognised institution. Candidates with a degree in Sociology or Social Work will be given preference.

Age Limit

• Deputy Collector, Assistant Commissioner, Assistant Treasury Officer/Assistant Accounts Officer, Regional Transport Officer, Mandal Parishad Development Officer, District Registrar, District Employment Officer, Deputy Registrar, District Tribal Welfare Officer, District Social Welfare Officer, District BC Welfare Officer, District Panchayat Officer, Municipal Commissioner Grade-II, Administrative Officer/Law Secretary and Treasurer Grade-II, Assistant Audit Officer: Candidates must be between the age of 18-42 years of age.
• Assistant Prohibition and Excise Superintendent: Candidates must be between the ages of 18 and 26.
• Deputy Superintendent of Police (Cat -2): Candidates must be between the age of 21-28 years of age.
• Deputy Superintendent of Jails (Men): Candidates must be between 18 and 28 years of age.
• District Fire Officer: Candidates must be between the age of 21-26 years of age.
