WBCAP Registration 2025: The Department of Higher Education West Bengal is set to commence the admission process for Undergraduate programmes today, June 18, 2025. Eligible and interested students can register online by visiting the official website - wbcap.in. The WBCAP Registration 2025 Link is now active on the official portal.
The West Bengal Centralised Admission Portal (WBCAP) is being implemented for admission to undergraduate courses in 460 Government and government-aided colleges/ Higher Education Institutes including universities across the State of West Bengal.

Steps to Complete WBCAP Registration 2025
Here are the step-by-step instructions to complete the WBCAP Registration 2025 and Application form.
- Visit the official website - wbcap.in.
- On the homepage click on the Register tab.
- Enter the valid mobile number and E-Mail ID and click Continue to the next step tab.
- Candidates will receive two OTPs one on their mobile number and another on their email ID.
- Proceed to fill in the personal details to complete the registration.
- Click on Complete the Registration tab to complete the WBCAP Registration 2025.
- Now click the log-in link on the pop-up message that appears after completing the registration.
- Log in again using the username and password.
- Complete the personal information, address details, and additional information.
- Upload the required documents in the prescribed format only.
- Click the preview button on the dashboard to check all the details before submitting the WBCAP Application Form.
- Tick all the checkboxes and click on the confirm tab.
- Download the Application Form for future reference.
After completing the WBCAP Registration 2025 and Application form, candidates can proceed to add their preferred courses. Candidates can visit their profile page to check and update the details until they show 100%. Further, candidates can also change certain details by visiting the profile page.
According to the official notification, the last date to complete the WBCAP Registration 2025 is July 1, 2025. The authorities will release the college-wise / programme-wise merit list and seat allotment on July 6, 2025. Candidates can take admission against the allotted seat by July 12, 2025.
