UTET Exam 2024 Begins From Tomorrow: Important Guidelines to Follow on Exam Day

UTET Exam 2024 Begins From Tomorrow: The Uttarakhand Teacher Eligibility Test 2024 is set to start tomorrow, October 24, 2024, in two shifts. UTET Exam 2024 Shift 1 will take place from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM, and Shift 2 will be from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM. However, the candidates are instructed to enter the examination hall at least one hour before the exam starts. The Uttarakhand Board of School Education has released the UTET Admit Cards 2024 on the official website. Appearing candidates must download the UTET Exam 2024 Hall Ticket from ukutet.com using the registration number and password. It is essential to carry the UTET Admit Card 2024 and other essential documents while appearing for the exam.

UTET Exam 2024 Important Guidelines

The Uttarakhand Board of School Education (UBSE) conducts the Uttarakhand Teacher Eligibility Test for teaching positions in government-funded schools in the state. The eligible candidates participate in the offline exam for the positionof primary and upper primary teachers. The UPTET Exam 2024 begins tomorrow, and appearing candidates must go through the following important guidelines. 

1. Candidates must reach the examination centre two hours before the exam starts.
2. The candidates will enter the examination hall one hour before the scheduled start time. The Shift 1 candidates will enter the exam hall at 9:00 PM, and Shift 2 candidates will enter the exam hall at 1:00 PM. 
3. It is essential to carry hard copies of the UTET Admit Card 2024, valid photo ID proofs, and passport-sized photographs while appearing for the exam.
4. The checking of admit cards will take place between 9:00 AM - 9:30 AM for Shift 1 candidates and 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM for Shift 2 candidates. 
5. The OMR Sheets will be distributed 30 minutes before the exam starts.
6. The candidates will break the seal of the test booklet 5 minutes before the exam starts.
7. The last entry to the examination hall will be permitted only till 30 minutes after the exam starts, which is 10:30 for shift 1 and 2:30 for shift 2.
8. Candidates can do the rough work on the test booklet only. 
9. It is necessary to follow the instructions to fill out the OMR sheet. 
10. Candidates must carry a black ballpoint pen to fill out the OMR answer sheet.
11. It is instructed that candidates will not carry a calculator, scientific calculator, log table, mobile phone, pager, or other electronic items at the exam centre. Candidates cannot carry pieces of paper and chits.
12. Candidates must keep their UTET Admit Card safely after the exam concludes for future reference.
