1. Visit the official website of the UPSC - upsc.gov.in
2. Go to the One Time Registration portal and click the New Register tab to register.
3. Click on submit after filling out the required details and 
4. Log in with the registered email ID or mobile number to confirm that the OTR application is complete.
5. Go to the ‘Latest Notification’ tab in the OTR application.
6. Click on the NDA 2 exam and complete the UPSC NDA 2 Registration 2024.
