UPSC CAPF 2024 Exam to Be Held on Aug 4: Check Exam Timings, Vacancy Details
UPSC CAPF 2024 Exam has been scheduled for Aug 4, 2024. The exam will take place in two shifts for a total of 506 vacancies across various armed police forces.
UPSC CAPF 2024 Exam: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the UPSC CAPF Exam Timings 2024 today, Jun 26, 2024, on the official website - upsc.gov.in.
According to the official notification, the UPSC CAPF 2024 Exam aims to fill 506 vacancies. Out of which, 186 vacancies are allotted for the Border Security Force, 120 for the Central Reserve Police Force, 100 for the Central Industrial Security Force, 58 for the Indo-Tibetan Border Police, and 42 for the Sashastra Seema Bal.
Candidates who registered for the UPSC CAPF 2024 Exam can check the complete schedule and prepare accordingly. Further, as the exam schedule is now released, candidates can expect the admit cards to be released soon.

Paper 1 will consist of MCQs, and Paper II will be in descriptive format. The candidates will get 2 hours for Paper I and 3 hours for Paper II.
Candidates appearing for the UPSC CAPF 2024 Exam must be aware, that Paper I is a qualifying stage. Only those candidates who qualify for the Paper I exam will be checked for the Paper II exams.
