UPESSC Teacher Recruitment 2024 Changes in Guidelines And Exam Pattern

UPESSC Teacher Recruitment 2024: The Uttar Pradesh Government, led by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, has notified about the Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission (UPESSC). 

The notification contains a comprehensive set of guidelines governing the operations of the UPESSC. These guidelines are set to conduct the UPESSC Teacher Recruitment 2024 process for teachers across various educational institutions within the state.

As per the guidelines released, the main aim of the UPESSC is to supervise examinations for the recruitment of instructors across multiple tiers of education, encompassing primary, secondary, higher education, vocational education, and teachers within aided minority colleges throughout Uttar Pradesh. The Examination Committee will decide the number of candidates interviewed per board. 

The UPESSC Teacher Recruitment 2024 notification further stated that candidates with a minimum 40 percent score will be invited for UPESSC interviews. However, candidates must score around 90 percent in the interview process.

Additionally, in UPESSC Teacher Recruitment 2024, priority will be given first to marks obtained in the written exam if any candidates are found with equal merits to make the recruitment process transparent. Even if the written exam marks are identical, the scores secured during the interview will be considered. If the similarity still exists, eligibility percentages such as JRF, NET, or PhD will be considered, followed by postgraduate scores as the final criterion.
