UP Police Constable 2024 Recruitment Exam: Arrests Made Over Allegations of Leaking Question Papers
The Uttar Pradesh Police has arrested 15 individuals who were suspected of planning to leak the UP Police Constable 2024 Recruitment Examination 2024 question paper in UP and Bihar.
UP Police Constable 2024 Recruitment: The Uttar Pradesh Police has arrested 15 individuals who were suspected of planning to leak the UP Police Constable 2024 Recruitment Examination 2024 question paper in the states of Uttar Pradesh and Bihar.
In Uttar Pradesh, the Jhansi district Special Task Force arrested Monu Kumar from Shamli district and Rajni from Nalanda District, Bihar, for planning to leak the UP Police Constable 2024 question paper. The police also seized two SUVs, along with the photocopies of admit cards, mobile phones, Aadhar cards, driving licenses, etc., from the suspects.

A case has been registered against the suspects in Nawabad Police Station under sections of IPC: 420 (Cheating), 467 (Forgery) and 468 (Forgery of Cheating). In the Mau district of Uttar Pradesh, law enforcement arrested individuals for accepting money from candidates in exchange for providing solutions to the exam questions.
As per the reports, an upfront payment of INR 1 lakh in advance is required. The authorities have seized INR 6 lakh from the accused, who have been taken into custody.
Four suspects from Mau district, identified as Amit Singh, Sonu, Sunil, Ram Karan, and one from Ghazipur district, Shatrughan Yadav, were arrested for UP Police Constable Question Paper leaked in return for INR 7 to 8 lakh.
The UP Police Constable 2024 Recruitment exam is conducted today, Feb 18, 2024, in two shifts across different examination centers in India.
