- Payment Reference ID: Once the payment is successful, write down the Payment Reference ID.
- Fill the application form: To begin filling out the form, click "Fill Application Form," then enter your payment reference ID, hall ticket number, and date of birth.
- Upload documents: Please upload scanned copies of your photograph and signature in the format given.
- Submit and print. Submit the form and save the final, completed application form for future reference.
