As per the official notification, the TN TRB Vacancies 2024 for secondary grade teachers are 1768. The pay scale offered for the selected candidates will be INR 20600 – 75900. The TN TRB 2024 Recruitment Exam 2024 for the aforementioned post will be conducted on Jun 6 (tentatively).

TN TRB Recruitment 2024: Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for the TN TRB Recruitment 2024 for Secondary Grade Teachers:
- Upper age limit for the candidates belonging to General Category: 53 years
- SC, ST, Backward Class Muslims, Backward Classes, MBC/DNC and DW of all castes: 58 years
The Educational Qualification criteria is as follows:
- Passed in the Tamil Nadu Teacher Eligibility Test (TNTET) Paper - I
- Adequate knowledge of the official language of Tamil Nadu, Tamil.
- Completed Higher Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education/4-year B.El.Ed./2- year Diploma in Education (Special Education)
OR - Completed Higher Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations, 2002
OR - Graduation and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education
