The authority will make available the rank list in PDF format for candidates reference. One will be able to check and download the Tamil Nadu NEET UG 2024 Rank List by visiting the official portal. Candidates can use "Ctrl+f" to check their name in the Tamil Nadu NEET UG Rank List 2024 or they can use "Ctrl +S (Windows) or Command + S (Mac) to save the file directly to their PC.

Candidates can check the following rules, which will be used when two or more candidates will gain the same ranks:

- The candidate with fewer negative scores will be given priority if the tie does not break.
- Additionally, preference will be given to the elder candidate if the issue arises.
