What is the Selection Process After the SBI Clerk Mains Result 2026?
After the SBI Clerk Mains Result 2026 PDF has been released, the selected candidates will be required to follow certain steps. They must be relaxed to know that, unlike other bank exams, there will be no personal interview held for the Junior Associate (Customer Support & Sales) post.
- The candidates have been provisionally selected, i.e., they have cleared the required cutoff. However, this must not be considered the final selection.
- They must take the Local Language Test (LLT).
- Shortlisted candidates must appear for the document verification round.
- Candidates will then undergo a medical fitness test.
- The final appointment letter will be prepared strictly on the basis of the Mains marks.
The finally selected students will then all be allotted a branch in the chosen state. Students must report to the allotted bank within the stipulated time, or else their candidature will be rejected.
