RGUKT Basar Phase 1 Counselling 2025 (Begins)

RGUKT Basar Phase 1 Counselling 2025: The Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge and Technologies, Basar, has released the provisional selection list and is set to commence the counselling phase - I. As scheduled, the RGUKT Basar Phase 1 Counselling 2025 begins today, July 7, 2025. Candidates whose names appeared in the provisional merit list and wish to be admitted to the allotted college will report to the allocated college for verification and admission. 

The candidates will have to report in person to the Convener, UG Admissions RGUKT - Basar, Nirmal District, Telangana State for the verification of original certificates/documents. However, special category candidates, like Physically Challenged (PH), Children of Armed Personnel (CAP), NCC and Sports shall report in person on allotted dates through the RGUKT website www.rgukt.ac.in.

Documents to Carry for RGUKT Basar Phase 1 Counselling 2025

Candidates must carry the following documents while reporting to the college for RGUKT Basar Phase 1 Counselling 2025.

• SSC/Equivalent mark sheet issued by verified boards.
• Proof of caste/community certificate (If Required)
• Latest EWS Certificate (If Required)
• Income Certificate issued in the year 2025 
• Physically Handicapped Certificate (If Required)
• Central Armed Forces Certificate (If Required).
• NCC Certificates by the candidates claiming reservation
• Sports Certificate of Inter-state level by the candidates claiming reservation under the same.
• Valid photo ID proof
• RGUKT Application Form 2025

Candidates must carry the original certificates along with copies of their documents for verification and submission. Candidates will be admitted after the certificate verification. However, in case of any discrepancies found during the procedure of certificate verifications and data submitted by the applicant, the admission committee shall have the right to cancel the admission.
