- Class 10 documents such as hall tickets, marksheets, or scorecards.
- Study certificates from classes 4 to 10.
- Caste certificate (if applicable)
- Domicile certificate (which proves that the candidate has resided in the state for more than 10 years)
- Income certificate
- Aadhar card and its photocopy
- Family ration card and its photocopy
- 2 copies of the candidate's photograph
- 2 copies of the candidate's photograph
- 2 copies of the candidate's parents/ guardian photograph

Following the document verification process in the RGUKT Basar Counselling 2024, candidates from the general category are required to pay an admission fee of Rs 40,700. In contrast, candidates from the ST and SC categories need to pay Rs 40,200.
If the required admission fees are not paid, the seat allotted in the RGUKT Basar Admission Process 2024 will be cancelled, and the seat will be offered to the next eligible candidates according to the merit list.
