• Candidates must select the Freeze option and pay the admission fees online via the SAMS portal. The window for this is open from August 26, 2025 (4 PM) to September 1, 2025 (3 PM).
• At the college, candidates must complete the document verification process and pay the final admission fees.
• According to the guidelines, if a candidate has opted for a "Slide-up" in a previous round and is allotted a seat in Round 3, they are bound to take admission in the new college. Failure to do so will result in being removed from the entire selection process.
• The tie-breaking criteria for seat allocation are based on the candidate's graduation marks. In the case of a further tie, the older candidate is given preference.
• There will be no de-reservation of seats until the final round of the selection process.
