• Candidates who are allocated seats must pay the seat acceptance fee of INR 1,83,200 online. 
• Choices filled by the candidates during the NIFT Round 1 Choice Filling 2025 process will be considered as final and no further chances will be provided. 
• Candidates withdrawing before a specified date (e.g., July 29, 2025) may receive a refund (excluding registration fee), while those withdrawing later may forfeit the entire fee.
