NTA shall release a 15% All India Quota NEET Merit List for pursuing admission to medical institutes and dental colleges participating in the exam, including NEET passing marks.

The NEET UG 2025 Stray Vacancy Round is the final phase of the NEET counselling process for filling the remaining MBBS/BDS seats after the Mop-Up Round. This round is unique because the respective institutions conduct it, not the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), and it has a different process: no fresh registrations or changes to preferences are allowed; colleges select from candidates already registered in earlier rounds.

- Candidates who have been allotted seats must report at the allotted colleges from October 9 to 17, 2025. Failing to do so will lead to the cancellation of your seat, and your security deposit will be forfeited.
- Gather all the necessary documents, including original copies and two sets of photocopies. These include your NEET UG 2025 admit card and rank card, Class 10 and 12 mark sheets and certificates, a valid photo ID, eight passport-size photographs, and your provisional allotment letter.
- Once you have been allotted a seat in Round 3 and have joined the college, you cannot resign or upgrade further. This means you will not be eligible to participate in the stray vacancy round or any other Counselling rounds this year.
