NEET UG Round 2 Schedule 2025: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will soon announce the detailed schedule for the NEET UG Round 2 Counselling 2025. As per the latest notification released, the registration process for the NEET UG Round 2 Counselling 2025 will commence on August 29, 2025. NEET UG Round 2 Schedule 2025: Highlights
The National Medical Commission (NMC) is still in the process of finalizing and authorizing an increase in the number of undergraduate medical seats for the current academic session. The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) postponed the schedule to ensure these newly added seats could be included in the Round 2 seat matrix, giving more candidates an opportunity for admission. The detailed, revised NEET UG Round 2 Schedule 2025 will be published shortly on the official MCC website, mcc.nic.in.
NEET UG Round 2 Registration 2025: Eligibility Criteria

- Candidates registered for Round 1 but were not allotted any seat are eligible for NEET UG Round 2 Counselling Registration 2025.
- Candiadtes who registered for Round 1, were allotted a seat, but did not report to the college.
- Candidates were allotted a seat in Round 1 and reported to the college, but chose to participate in the upgrade process for Round 2.
- Candidates who did not register for Round 1 can paricipate in Round 2.
- Candiadtes whose Round 1 seat was cancelled during document verification and you are now being considered for Round 2 with an updated category.
- Candidates who resigned their Round 1 seat during the specified online resignation window.
- Candidates who registered in Round 1 but were not allotted a seat do not need to register again for Round 2.
