NEET UG aspirants can fill their college choices and arrange them in an order of preference, i.e., from most to least preferred. Based on the choices filled, rank, category, and seats available after round 1, candidates will be allotted seats in Round 2. 

The last date to complete the NEET UG Round 2 Choice Filling Form 2025 is September 9, 2025, by 11:55 PM. Only those candidates who will complete the NEET UG Round 2 Choice Filling Form 2025 before the deadline will be eligible for seat allotment.
