NEET UG Application Form 2025: The National Testing Agency has commenced the online form-filling process of NEET UG Application Form 2025. The last date to fill the online NEET UG 2025 Application Form is March 7, 2025. NEET UG Application Form 2025 Do’s and Dont’s

Here’s the list of Do’s and Don’t that the candidates must consider before filling the NEET UG Application Form 2025. 

NEET UG Application Form 2025 Do’s 

• Candidates must note that the deduction of fees from a bank account does not constitute proof of payment. Therefore, upon submitting the NEET UG 2025A application, candidates must generate and download the confirmation page. 
• Ensure the accuracy of all provided information, including the spelling of parent and candidate names.
• Candidates must have readily available the following documents and information: Class 12 admit card with photograph, Election Card (EPIC number), Passport number, Aadhaar card number, Ration card number, Bank account number, any other valid government identification card number, date of birth, address, mobile phone number, and email address. 
• Prior to completing the application form, carefully review the sample application form provided in Appendix-XV of the information bulletin.
• Candidates must provide identity details.
• Keep the scanned image in the given format: 

1. Passport-size photograph: JPG/JPEG (10 kb - 200 kb)
2. Signature: JPG/JPEG (10 kb - 50 kb)
3. Left and right-hand fingers and thumb impressions: JPG/JPEG (10 kb - 200 kb)
4. PwD/PwBD certificate (if applicable): PDF (50 kb - 300 kb)
5. Citizenship Certificate/Embassy Certificate or other proof of citizenship (if applicable): PDF (50 kb - 300 kb)

• It is important to complete the correspondence address as well with the proper PIN Code.
• Candidates from the Union Territories of Ladakh and Jammu & Kashmir must submit an online self-declaration to be considered for the 15% All India quota seats.

NEET UG Application Form 2025 Don't's 

• Do not send the application confirmation page to the NTA. 
• Do not fill out the NEET UG Application Form 2025 offline.
• Candidates must not give the address and contact details of coaching centres.

After completing the details in the NEET UG Application Form 2025, candidates must review all the information before submitting it.
