- Visit the official NEET UG website at neet.ntaonline.in.
- If you are a registered candidate, navigate to "Only Registered Candidate Login Here" section and for new registrations, click on the "If You are a New Candidate Click on given Below Link" option.
- Next, complete the registration process and enter the Application Number, Password, and Security PIN.
- Now, click on the "Login" link given below.
- Fill in the application form for JEE Main Session form using your educational details.
- Complete the payment of the NEET UG 2024 application fee in an online mode.
- Now, verify and submit the NEET Application Form 2024 form.
- Download and save the copy of the application form in PDF format for future reference.
