Maharashtra Polytechnic CAP Round 1 Seat Acceptance Process 2024: The Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra, has released the provisional Polytechnic CAP Round 1 Seat Allotment list on the official website - poly24.dtemaharashtra.gov.in. Candidates who have secured seats in the Round 1 allotment list will proceed with the seat acceptance process. The candidates will accept the allotted seat through their login portal as per the Allotment of CAP Round I from August 1, 2024. The last date for seat acceptance is August 6, 2024. Eligible candidates must complete the seat acceptance process for admission to the allotted college.

Maharashtra Polytechnic CAP Round 1 Seat Acceptance Process 2024 Instructions

Candidates eligible for the Maharashtra Polytechnic CAP Round 1 Seat Acceptance Process 2024 must know the following details.

1. The candidates must verify the seat allotted to them in the CAP Round I by accepting the declaration form through their login portal. Candidates shall certify that the claims made in the form and the uploaded documents are genuine.
2. After submitting the declaration form, if the candidate finds that claims made are incorrect and require rectification, they shall report the grievance through their Login by e-Scrutiny or Physical Scrutiny Mode.
3. Those candidates who have been allotted seats according to their first preference in Round 1 (auto-freeze) shall pay the seat acceptance fee online. These candidates are not eligible for further seat allotment rounds.
4. Candidates who have been allotted other than first preference and have self-freeze the seat by logging in through the candidate’s portal shall pay the acceptance fee online. These candidates will not be eligible for participation in subsequent rounds.
5. Candidates who have been allotted seats other than their first preference and want betterment must accept the seat allotted in Round 1 and claim for betterment. These candidates need to pay the seat acceptance fee.

Candidates who have accepted the allotted seat and want to take admission shall report to the allotted college between August 1 to 6, 2024, with all the necessary documents.
