The ministry of education has fixed the National Means-cum-Merit Scholarship quota for Maharashtra at 11,682. Candidates who participated in the Maha NMMS exam will be able to check the selection list from the official website at nmms2024.nmmsmsce.in.
Candidates belonging to the General Category must obtain 40% marks, and candidates from the Reserved Category must score at least 32% marks to qualify for the NMMS examination.

Maharashtra NMMS Merit List 2023-24: Reservation Policy
Candidates can check the reservation policy for the NMMS merit list below.
- Students from the General Category are chosen based on the Maharashtra NMMS Merit List 2023-24.
- Following this, qualified candidates from the remaining nine backward classes are selected.
- An additional reservation of 4% is allocated for differently abled candidates across all categories.
“Students from respective cadres are selected according to Maharashtra state's reservation policy. Also, 4% reservation for disabled persons is included in the respective cadres,” the Maharashtra State Examination Council said.
