The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) declared the the Class 12 results today, May 21, 2024, and the official link has been activated at 1 PM at the official website: mahresult.nic.in. As per the announcement made at the press conference, the Maharashtra HSC pass percentage 2024 is 93.37%, which is drop from the 94.22% in the previous year. Among the 1433331 registered students, 1423923 appeared for the exam and 1329684 passed the exam. Among the students, 95.44% girls passed the exam, while 91.60% boys passed thee exam. Students have secured 100% marks in 26 subjects. Furthermore the pass percentage for the various streams are as follows:
- Science: 97.82 per cent
- Arts: 85.88 per cent
- Commerce: 92.18 per cent
- Vocational: 87.75 per cent
- ITI: 87.69 per cent
The highest pass percentage was recorded in Konkan while the lowest pass percentage was recorded in Mumbai, with 97.9% and 91.95% respectively. The Board also reported 313 cases of cheating and malpractice and 0 cases of dummy students.
