LPU AICGS 2024: LPU Welcomed 60 Delegates From 32+ Countries in AICGS 2024

LPU AICGS 2024: Lovely Professional University (LPU) hosted the Annual International Conference & Global Summit 2024, titled "Global Horizons: Bridging Borders, Building Futures." There were delegates from more than 32 countries across Europe, Asia, the UK, and the USA, representing more than 60 universities. The confluence of educators at the LPU AICGS 2024 summit enabled best practices for sharing and seminal global issues to be tackled within LPU's commitment to internationalization, diversity, equity, and inclusion.

6 New MoUs Signed by LPU at AICGS 2024

LPU reached an important milestone in enhancing international collaboration by signing six new Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs). This move brought LPU's official partnerships with 500 international universities across over 80 countries. These collaborations at the LPU AICGS 2024 aim to enrich curricular activities, including teaching practices and student exchange programs.

Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha) and Founder Chancellor of LPU, Dr. Ashok Kumar Mittal, showered awards on the delegates for their commitment to transforming education. He stressed on the need for follow-through actions beyond MoUs while seeking coordinated collaboration in curriculum development, instructional practices, and assessment to transform paradigms in education, thus ensuring holistic development for students and bright career prospects.

Additionally, the Vice Provost of Academic Affairs at George Mason University, USA, Dr. Janette K. Muir, and Dr. John Murray, Academic Dean of the Faculty of Technology at the University of Sunderland, UK, appreciated the commitment of LPU towards internationalization and educational excellence. They also recognized the impact of global collaboration in bringing about transformation in academic standards and mutual growth through knowledge exchange.

According to Vice President LPU Dr. Aman Mittal, this is the third successive year that LPU has hosted an exceptionally value-added conference that hailed internationalization as a celebration and demonstrated commitment to action beyond agreements. Through the LPU AICGS 2024, Lovely Professional University is creating a path to strengthen its role as a leader in the world of global education.
