KCET Option Entry 2024 Closes Soon: Direct Link, Important Instruction

KCET Option Entry 2024: Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) will close the window to complete the option entry window for the KCET counselling today, July 30, 2024. KEA opened the KCET Option Entry 2024 on July 23, 2024 and the official notification stated that the window shall be open for 7 days. Hence, KCET candidates must complete the option entry process at the earliest so that they may be considered for the mock seat allotment and later the final seat allotment. As per the official notification, the KCET Mock Allotment 2024 result will be released 3 days after the closing of the option entry window, which will be on August 2, 2024. Further, the candidates will be able to edit the web options for 3 days, that is, till August 5, 2024.

Important Instructions for KCET Option Entry 2024

Important instructions pertaining to the KCET Web Options Entry 2024 are given below:

• Candidates must enter the choices carefully, as their seat allotment will be based on the options they enter.
• Check the list of available seats and arrange the preferences accordingly.
• Use the different buttons, "Add", "Delete". "Move Up/Down" to arrange the choices as per the candidate's wish.
• Once the choices have been finalised, save the form and take a printout of it for future reference.
• The KEA will release the Mock seat allotment result in a few days
• Candidates will be able to edit their choices after the release of the mock allotment result

KCET Round 1 Seat Allotment 2024 is expected to be released on August 8.
