- Identity card issued by the Jurisdictional Deputy Commissioner/District Magistrate/Rehabilitation Commissioner, if claiming eligibility under the Jammu & Kashmiri Migrants quota for Government seats.
- Class 12/2nd PUC mark sheet and certificate.
- Proof of payment for the KCET 2024 application fee.
- Rural study certificate.
- Two recent passport-size photographs.
- Class 10/SSLC mark sheet and certificate.
- Kannada medium certificate (if studied in Kannada Medium from Class 1 to 10 in Karnataka or outside Karnataka).
- Caste certificate (if applicable).
- KCET 2024 Admit Card.
- Income certificate.
- Parent’s study certificate, parent’s hometown certificate, parent’s domicile certificate, parent’s cumulative record, parent’s employment certificate, or parent’s marks card, if claiming eligibility for Government seats based on parent’s domicile, study, or employment.
- A 7-year study certificate, countersigned by the concerned Block Education Officer (BEO) or Deputy Director of Pre-University Education (DDPI).
