KEA has released the KCET 2025 Seat Allotment Round 3 result soon. Candidates can access the live updates related to seat allotment and Round 3 counselling available here.
KCET 2025 Seat Allotment Round 3: The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) concluded the KCET Round 3 Option Entry 2025 process on September 9, 2025. Based on the options filled by the registered candidates, KEA has released the KCET 2025 Seat Allotment Round 3 soon. Once released, candidates can access the Round 3 allotment result at the official website- cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea. The official date for the release of the seat allotment has not yet been announced. However, candidates can expect the allotment result to be announced soon. What After KCET 2025 Seat Allotment Round 3?
Candidates must follow the steps given below to follwo after the release of the Round 3 seat allotment.
- Acceptance of Seat: Candidates who are satisfied with the allotted seat must accept the allotted seat, pay the required fees online, download the admission order, and report to the college within the specified timeframe.
- Accept and Upgrade: Candidates who accept the allotted seat but wish to participate in further rounds for a better option can opt to accept and upgrade. If a higher preference seat is allotted in the next round, the previous allotted seat will be automatically cancelled.
- Reject and Re-enter: Reject the current seat and wish to participate in the next round for a different seat.
- Exit: Reject the allotted seat and quit the counseling process. Your candidature for further rounds will be nullified.

KCET 2025 Seat Allotment Round 3: Documents Required for KCET Counselling 2025
The list of documents required for the KCET 2025 counselling process is mentioned below:
- SSLC/Class 10 Marks sheet.
- KCET 2025 Application Form acknowledgement copy.
- KCET 2025 Admit Card/Hall Ticket.
- 2nd PUC/Class XII Marks sheet.
- Study Certificate signed by the concerned BEO/DDPI.
- Two recent passport-size photographs.
- Income Certificate to claim "Supernumerary Quota" seats.
- Kannada Medium Study Certificate signed by the concerned BEO for the candidates claiming Kannada Medium reservation benefits
- Rural Study Certificate signed by the concerned BEO and a verification certificate (only for GM candidates)
- Caste Certificate/Caste Income Certificate/Income Certificate for the candidates claiming Reservation benefits. (Caste and Income Certificate in Form 'D' in case of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes, and Form 'E' in case of Category-I and a Caste Income Certificate in Form 'F' for other backward classes like 2A, 2B, 3A and 3B, issued by the jurisdictional Tahasildar)
- Candidates claiming the Hyderabad-Karnataka Region Reservation issued by the concerned Assistant Commissioner during document verification
- Parents' study certificate / Parents' Hometown certificate / Parent's Domicile certificate / Parent's Employment certificate / Parent's Cumulative Record / Parent's Marks Card, etc., for the candidates claiming eligibility for Government seats based on the domicile/study/employment of the parent
- Duly sworn-in Affidavit of the candidate who claims eligibility under the Horanadu and Gadinadu Kannadiga clauses
- Identity card issued by the Jurisdictional Deputy Commissioner/District Magistrate/Rehabilitation Commissioner for the candidates claiming eligibility for Government seats under Jammu & Kashmiri Migrants quota.
