• Domicile: Candidates applying for these posts should have a valid domicile certificate of the UT Jammu and Kashmir released by the Competent Authority of India.
• Age Limit
  • For Open Merit and Government Service applicants, the maximum age limit is 40 years, i.e., candidates must not be before Jan 1, 1983, and after Jan 1, 2005.
  • For Reserved Category students (including Economically Weaker Section, PSP, and Social Caste), the maximum age limit is 43 years, i.e., candidates should not be born before Jan 1, 1980, and not after Jan 1, 2005.
  • For Physically Challenged Persons, the age limit is 42 years.
