- Calculate Your Raw Score: Use your Response Sheet and the Provisional Answer Key to estimate your score.
- Challenge the Answer Key: If you find a mistake in the provisional key, you can object the official JEE Main portal. The challenge window will be open till February 5, 2026. You must pay a non-refundable fee of INR 200 per question challenged. You must upload valid supporting proof, such as scans from NCERT textbooks or standard reference materials.
- Estimate Your Percentile and Rank: Since JEE Main results 2026 are declared as normalised percentile scores, your raw score is not your final rank. You can estimate your probable scores.
- Plan Your Next Steps: If you want to improve your score, register for Session 2 (April attempt). The registration deadline is around February 25, 2026.
