JEE Advanced Result: The Indian Institutes of Technology, IIT Madras has released the JEE Advanced Result, today, Jun 9, 2024. Interested students can download their results from the official website at jeeadv.ac.in.
According to the official brochure, to pass JEE Advanced 2024, students need to get at least 35% marks if they belong to the general category, 31.5% if they are from OBC-NCL/EWS, and 17.5% if they are from SC/ST/PwD categories. Students who pass the JEE Advanced exam have to take part in the JoSAA counseling to get into the IITs.

Factors Determining JEE Advanced Cutoff 2024
When determining the JEE Advanced 2024 cutoff, officials will take into account several factors:
- The number of students who took the JEE Advanced 2024 exam
- The number of students who applied for the JEE Advanced
- The level of difficulty of the exam
- Trends in cutoff scores from previous years
The JEE Advanced result 2024 also mentions the students All India ranks (AIR) and qualifying status. Students must note that the IIT seat allocation is based on the ranks secured in the JEE Advanced and the choices made by the candidates during the choice-filling process.
