The newly introduced courses include BTech programs in Electrical & Computer Engineering, Electronics (VLSI Design and Technology), and Computer Science & Engineering (Data Sciences), along with an MTech program in Data Sciences.
The primary goal of the BTech Electrical and Computer Engineering program is to train engineers capable of enhancing the security and resilience of computing systems, particularly in communication networks, and improving the efficiency of cyber-physical systems such as smart grids, autonomous mobile systems, and industrial control systems.
Furthermore, BTech in Electronics (VLSI Design and Technology) is designed to train candidates in this strategic domain and prepare them to accept the challenge of designing and manufacturing novel nanoelectronics devices and chips on Indian soil.
The Jamia Millia Islamia BTech Admission 2024 curriculum will be based on the requirements of the IC and chip design industries.
