The important documents required for IIT JAM 2026 Registration are listed below.
- Photograph: A recent, high-quality, passport-size color photograph in JPEG format.
- Dimensions: 3.5 cm (width) x 4.5 cm (height).
- File Size: 50 KB to 200 KB.
- Background: Plain white or a very light color.
- Signature: A scanned image of your signature made with black or dark blue ink on a white paper, in JPEG format.
- Dimensions: 2 cm (height) x 7 cm (width).
- File Size: 50 KB to 150 KB.
- Class 10 (SSC) Marksheet/Certificate: This is required as proof of your date of birth. It should be in PDF or JPEG format and clearly readable.
- Aadhaar ID, Driving License, PAN Card, Passport, or Voter ID (Also to be carried to examination centre).
Candidates applying for the IIT JAM 2026 Registration must upload specific documents to the JAM Online Application Processing System (JOAPS) portal.
