The following is the IIT JAM 2024 admission list of key points that all candidates should be aware of:

• Applicants receiving offers in the second round must log in to https://joaps.iitm.ac.in and select from Accept and Freeze, Accept with Upgrade, or Reject and Quit options.
• Applicants offered a seat in the Second List must select one of three options by Jun 16, 2024, , through the Candidate Portal. 
• The third Admission List will be out by Jun 21, 2024, , if seats remain vacant after the second round; candidates who chose 'Accept with Upgrade' earlier must log in to check the updated seat allocation.
• Offered candidates can cancel seats by selecting 'Withdraw' on the Candidate Portal from Jun 15 to Jul 1, 2024; the Seat Booking Fee will be refunded after deducting INR 6,00 Processing Fee by Aug 15, 2024, .
• Failure to choose a seat within the allotted time on the JOAPS portal will lead to automatic cancellation without consideration for later rounds.
