ICSE, ISC Compartment Exams Scrapped: New Re-evaluation Process to Begin From 2024

ICSE, ISC Compartment Exams: The authorities of the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) have planned to cancel the compartment exams for the Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) and Indian School Certificate (ISC) Class 12 board exams for the year 2024. Aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, the board has opted to implement the re-evaluation of answer scripts. The ICSE board has posted the date sheet for ICSE and ISC 2024 on the official website of ICSE cisce.org. As per the examination schedule for 2024, the ICSE Class 10th examination is scheduled to commence on Feb 21, 2023, while the ISC Class 12th exams are set to begin on Feb 12, 2023.
The ICSE ISC re-evaluation of results has been introduced to evaluate the answer scripts after the result declaration. According to the latest update, the board authorities declared the CISCE Class 10 12 board results 2024 in May.
Students can participate in a maximum of two subjects for improvement exams conducted by the CISCE 2024.
For re-evaluation of subjects, candidates must submit a fee of INR 1,500. It's mandatory to check that the charges for answer script re-evaluation will be non-refundable. For more details regarding ICSE, and ISC compartment exams, candidates can visit the official website cisce.org.
