• Only candidates who have qualified for the entrance exam (CUET for UG) with a non-zero score are eligible to participate in the ICAR 2025 Counselling.
• A non-refundable fee of ₹500 is required to register. This can be paid online via net banking, credit/debit card, or UPI.
• Candidates can fill in multiple choices for courses and universities based on their eligibility. Be sure to save your choices, as the system will automatically lock your last saved options after the deadline.
• ICAR allocates a university, and the university then assigns a specific college or program based on your merit and choices.
• The option to upgrade your seat to a higher preference is available in the earlier rounds. If you are upgraded, your previous seat is forfeited.
