- On the right-hand side of the homepage, click the “Log-in for Under-Graduate Medical & Dental Admission” button.
- A login page will open in a new tab.
- Click on the Purchase PIN tab.
- Enter the details, such as NEET Roll Number, candidate’s name, Email, and Mobile number.
- Make an online payment of Rs 11,000 (Rs 1000 (Non-Refundable) + Rs 10,000 (Refundable Security Deposit).
- Now, click on the candidate registration/login button and proceed with new registration.
- Fill out Serial number of PIN (5 digits, received in your mobile/email), 4-digit PIN, E-mail Address, Mobile No., Roll No. (NEET Roll No.) and Captcha Image.
- Click the Submit tab.
- The Gujarat NEET UG Round 2 Registration 2025 Form will appear on the screen.
- Complete the personal details, enter the serial number of PIN, set and confirm the password.
