GATE Registration 2024 Without Late Fine Closes Today: The Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, commenced the registration for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2025. The candidates who are yet to register must complete the registration today. According to the official notification, the GATE Registration 2024 Without Late Fine Closes Today, October 3, 2024. After today, candidates will have to pay Rs 1400 (Female/SC/ST/PwD candidates) and Rs 2300 (Other candidates candidates, including foreign nationals) per test paper as a late fine. Candidates willing to appear for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2025 can complete their registration through the link below.

Instructions to Complete GATE Registration 2024 

Candidates can follow these instructions step-by-step to complete the GATE Registration 2024.

1. Visit the official website - gate2025.iitr.ac.in.
2. On the navigation band, click on the Application dropdown menu.
3. Click the Apply Online tab.
4. The GATE Registration window will appear on the screen.
5. Scroll down and click on the Register Here tab.
6. The GATE Registration form will appear on the screen.
7. Fill in the required details such as First Name, Middle Name, and Surname.
8. Full name of the candidate and click on Confirm.
9. Use the credentials to log in and fill out the GATE Application Form.
10. Upload the required documents as prescribed.
11. Pay the application fees through the payment gateway.
12. Preview and confirm the declaration and submit the application form.
13. Download the GATE Application Form.

Candidates must note that the GATE Registration 2024 Fee without late is Rs 900 (per test paper) for Female/SC/ST/PwD candidates and Rs 1800 (per test paper) for other candidates candidates including foreign nationals. The GATE Exam is scheduled from February 1, 2025, to February 16, 2025.
