GATE Admit Card 2026: The Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, has notified the release date of the admit card for Graduate Aptitute Test for Engineering. As per the schedule, candidates can access their hall ticket from the online portal from January 2, 2026, onwards. There’s no update regarding the exact release time of the admit card. Here are some important guidelines that candidates should review concerning GATE admit card 2026:
- The security officials will offer entry inside the exam hall only after verifying the hall ticket.
- Before downloading the admit card, candidates must carefully review all the details and, in case of any error, must report it to the concerned authority before the scheduled exam date.
- The admit card will contain details such as the candidate’s name, enrollment number, exam center, exam date, shift time, category, and paper code.
- Besides the admit card, candidates must carry a valid ID proof that can include an Aadhar card, voter card, or driving licence at the exam center for verification.
- It is suggested to reach the exam centre 60 minutes before the reporting time to avoid any last-minute rush.
