GATE 2024 Exam: The Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore has scheduled the GATE exam dates 2024 for Feb 3, 4, 10, and 11, 2024. The GATE 2024 admit card was released on Jan 4, 2024.

Registered candidates must know that the GATE 2024 exam will be held in two shifts. The Shift 1 will be held from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM, and the Shift 2 exam will be held from 2:30 to 5:30 PM. Read further to know the essential exam guidelines and preparation tips here.

Candidates must be aware of the following GATE Exam guidelines.

• Candidates can access the GATE 2024 Exam portal 20 minutes before the exam commences. During this time, candidates must go through all the instructions given.
• Carry the GATE 2024 admit card to the exam hall without fail.
• Do not carry any items which are prohibited. The Exam Authority will provide papers for rough work.
• Digital watches, gadgets, and calculators are prohibited in the exam hall.
• Carry at least one photo ID (Aadhar/Driving License/PAN Card/Voter's ID) issued by the Government of India.
