DTE MP Polytechnic Merit List 2025: The Merit List for Polytechnic courses will be released by the Directorate of Technical Education, MP, on June 6, 2025. It can be availed only by those candidates who have filled out their course preferences by June 5, 2025. Candidates can access the merit list, which will be available on the official website as the PDF of the MP PPT. Candidates who can spot their name on the merit list can secure a seat in the counselling round 1.
Based on scores obtained in class 10, the candidates will be shortlisted for the seat allotment. Candidates can review details such as their roll number. Domicile, name, category, and rank on the merit list. Candidates failing to make it to the selection list can wait for the next round of counselling. Guidelines on Tie-Breaking Rules in DTE MP Polytechnic Merit List 2025
During the preparation of merit, the authorities will adhere to some guidelines to avoid a tie situation. If two candidates have similar marks, then:
- Candidates with the highest scores in mathematics will be considered for selection.
- If the tie persists, then those older will be given preference.
As per the Directorate of Technical Education rules, students who have received a gold medal in any national-level competition will get a 10% bonus mark. Their ranks will be higher than those of other participants.
