As the National Capital Region including Noida and Greater Noida has been facing hazardous air quality leading to breathing problems, the government has issued a notice regarding an extension in the school holidays. Considering the degradation in the AQI, the District Magistrate of Gautam Buddh Nagar announced on Saturday that the physical classes in all schools of Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad and all cities in Gautam Budh Nagar will remain closed till November 25, 2024.
