Signature of Candidate

• Signature should be done on on a white paper with a black/blue pen
• Image should be uploaded in a vertical position
• Scan image should be less than 80 KB
• Only JPEG Format is acceptable

Signature of Parent/Guardian

• Maximum file size should be 160 KB
• For signature only JPEG or PDF format are acceptable.
• For ID proof the .JPEG or JPG formats are acceptable.
• Signature should be done vertically on on a white paper with a black/blue pen

Unique Id Proof of Candidate/Parent

KKR/ HKR (Kalyana Karnataka Region (formerly Hyderabad Karnataka Region)Certificate of Candidate

• For KKR/ HKR 371 J certificate issued by Assistant Commissioner of the corresponding district in the name of the candidate.
• The category certificate should be issued by Tahsildar in the name of the candidate only.
• The domicile certificate is applicable for candidates claiming  KKR/HKR seats AND / OR SC/ST/OBC candidates claiming lower eligibility norms
• Only JPEG or JPG format of image are acceptable
• The image should be uploaded in vertical position and the file size should not exceed 160 KB
