CLAT Seat Allotment Result 2025 (Released): College Wise Allotment List

CLAT Seat Allotment Result 2025: The Consortium of National Law Universities (CNLU) is set to release the CLAT 2025 seat allotment list today, May 26, 2025, on the official website - consortiumofnlus.ac.in. The CLAT Seat Allotment Result 2025 Direct Link will be provided for the candidate's convenience. The CLAT Seat Allotment List will be published for all NLUs in PDF format. Candidates can search for their CLAT Seat Allotment Results by looking at the All India Rank or Admit Card Number on the list.

The seat allotment list includes the horizontal and vertical reservation categories and admission status. The CLAT Seat Allotment list is created based on the CLAT score of the candidate and their NLU preferences. Candidates whose names have appeared in the CLAT First Seat Allotment List 2025 will have the option to either ‘Freeze’, ‘Float’, ot  ‘Exit’ options in a counselling round.

Here are the steps to check and download the CLAT 1st Seat Allotment Result 2025:

• Visit the official website - consortiumofnlus.ac.in.
• Click on the CLAT 2025 tab.
• Click on the CLAT Seat Allotment Result 2025 link in the notification section.
• A new page will open with a separate list for each NLU.
• Click on the NLU name and the seat allotment oPDF of that institute will be displayed.
• Check the CLAT Seat Allotment Result 2025. 
• Click on the download tab and save it for future reference.

What’s Next After CLAT Seat Allotment Result 2025 Is Released?

Candidates must note that the CLAT Seat Allotment Result 2025 is provisional. This means students have the opportunity to either ‘Freeze’, ‘Float’, ot  ‘Exit’ options in a counselling round. Only after choosing from these options, the candidates’s admission formalities will be secured.

1. Freeze Option: If the candidates are satisfied with the seats allotted to them in round 1, they can choose the Freeze option to confirm their seat allocated. Candidates need to pay RS 20,000 to confirm seats. It will be adjusted against the University fees during admission.
2. Float Option: Candidates who are not satisfied with the seat allotted to them in the first round or those who have not been allotted their first preference can choose the float option to keep the possibility of seat allocation open in further rounds. 
3. Exit Round: Those candidates who don’t want to take part in the counselling process can choose the exit option. Candidates can choose the exit option even after selecting the Freeze and Float option. 

There will be a total of 5 Rounds of CLAT Counselling 2025. Candidates must keep all their documents ready for the verification round.
