CLAT 2026 Exam on 7 December: The Consortium of National Law Universities (CNLU) is set to conduct the CLAT 2026 Exam on 7 December 2025. Candidates who have registered for the exam must appear for the highly anticipated law exam with their CLAT 2026 admit card and other required documents.
The CLAT 2026 will be conducted from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM in an offline mode. However, for eligible PwD candidates, the exam will conclude at 4:40 PM. Candidates are advised to familiarize themselves with the important guidelines, reporting time, and other details to ensure a smooth and successful experience.

CLAT 2026 Exam Day Important Guidelines
Candidates can check the important exam day guidelines and centre reporting time outlined by the Consortium of NLUs.
- The CLAT 2026 Exam will take place for 2 hours, from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. However, for PwD/SAP candidates,the exam will conclude at 4:40 P.M.
- Candidates must carry their CLAT 2026 Admit Card and a valid photo ID proof (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, PAN Card, Passport, Driving License).
- Candidates must carry two copies of their CLAT 2026 Admit Card.
- No candidate will be allowed to sit for the exam without their hall ticket.
- PwD candidates must carry their valid disability certificate for verification.
- The reporting time is from 1:00 P.M. onwards, and candidates will be allowed to enter their exam centres after document verification.
- Candidates will not be permitted to leave their classroom before the exam concludes at 4:00 P.M.
- Candidates will not be allowed to use the washroom once the exam begins.
- Candidates can use the BLACK / BLUE Ball Point Pen only, to fill the OMR sheet.
- Test takers can carry a transparent water bottle and an analogue watch inside the examination room.
- It is strictly prohibited to carry calculators, electronic devices, headphones, digital watches, study materials, mobile phones, and cameras to the examination centre for the CLAT 2026 Exam on 7 December.
- Candidates are instructed to wear normal casual, loose clothes.
- Fancy footwear, bracelets, any other jewelry, clothes with big buttons, and hair clips are not allowed.
- Candidates should keep their signed Admit Card safe for admission purposes.
