CLAT 2025 Delhi High Court to Complete Hearing Soon: The Delhi High Court will hear a series of petitions regarding the results of the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2025. The CLAT 2025 Results were announced on December 7, 2024. However, the result was challenged in various courts across the country by the candidates concerned that several questions in the CLAT 2025 examination were incorrect.
In response to the growing number of legal challenges against the CLAT Result 2025, the Supreme Court of India directed in February that all cases contesting the CLAT 2025 results be transferred to the Delhi High Court. As the hearing is getting delayed, the Delhi High Court feels that the matter is growing anxiety and suspense among the aspirants. Hence, the Delhi High Court bench of Chief Justice D K Upadhyaya and Justice Tushar Rao Gedela said that they intend to complete the hearing on the petitions soon for the results to be declared.
The Delhi High Court also promised that the CLAT UG petition will be solved sooner compared to CLAT PG as the UG courses are due to start soon across the country. The counsel representing the Consortium of NLUs acknowledged the concerns raised over both CLAT UG and PG examinations. They assured the court that a compilation of disputed questions along with relevant legal precedents was being prepared for submission. As the CLAT 2025 Delhi High Court to Complete Hearing Soon, students and Law institutions across the country are advised to wait for the court's observations and final decision. Candidates are advised to keep an eye on the official website of the CLAT 2025 for more updates.
