CLAT 2024 Notification Released: Exam Registration Begins from July 15

CLAT 2024 Notification: The Consortium of National Law Universities has released CLAT notification 2024 with important information regarding the exam. According to the CLAT 2024 notification, the CLAT 2024 registration process will be conducted between Jul 15 and Oct 15, 2024. Additionally, the CLAT exam 2024 will be conducted on Dec 1, 2024, between 2 to 4 pm.

Note that the CLAT application fee 2025 is INR 4000/—for general category students. Additionally, students belonging to the Scheduled Cast, Scheduled Tribe, PwD, and BPL categories will be required to pay the CLAT application fee 2025 of INR 3500/-.

CLAT 2024 Notification: Eligibility Criteria 

Candidates can check out the eligibility criteria for UG and PG courses given below.

Undergraduate Courses

• General Category students must score at least 45% marks or its equivalent in Class 12. However, SC, ST, and PwD students must score 40% to be eligible.
• Students who plan to appear for the class 12 exam in March/April 2025 will also be qualified to apply.

Postgraduate Courses

• It is mandatory for general category candidates to have an LLB degree or its equivalent with 50% marks. However, SC, ST, and PwD students are required to score 45% marks to be eligible.
• Candidates who wish to appear in the qualifying marks in April/May 2025 will also be qualified to apply.

Candidates should regularly visit the official website for updates on the information mentioned in the CLAT 2024 notification. Only candidates who meet the eligibility requirements will be considered qualified to apply for the registration process. Those who do not meet the eligibility criteria and have yet to apply will be directly disqualified.
